Allocation of Payments you do not pay off your balance in full, payments we receive will be applied in the following order:

4. Retail Purchases (in the order they were added to your account)
5. Cash Transactions (those with lower rates being paid first)
6. Buy Now Pay Later Transactions (in the order they were added to your Account)

2 Where permitted on the account

In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your Topman Card, please call our Customer Services on 0871 522 5252 (Calls may be monitored and recorded for quality and security purposes. Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) and take advantage of our No Quibble Guarantee. If you contact us within 60 days of opening your Account and then pay your outstanding balance within 30 days, we will close your Account for you and waive the interest charges and fees (we may require the notification in writing). This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
